The Rise and Fall of Little Voice

March 7, 2013

I felt like I was sitting in the “Wheeltappers and Shunters Working Men’s Club” at The Grand in Wolverhampton last night which was the intention of this production of “The Rise and Fall of Little Voice”. Beverley Callard kept a smile on my face with her wonderful light comic portrayal of the “dreadfully common” mother. Jess Robinson is a little star as “little voice” bringing the house down with her impressions of amongst others Julie Andrews, Tina Turner and Barabara Streisand. Great Saturday Evening Night Out.
